Cookie dough protein balls



Trying out some new protien balls, they are gluten free, dairy free, vegan, refined sugar free and nut free. Perfect for snacks and taste like cookie dough. They are easy and quick to prep.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of oats
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup of shredded coconut 
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 
  • 2 teaspoons of pure Canadian maple syrup 
  • A dozen dates
  • Handful of dairy free choc chips
  • 2 scoops of protein powder
Mix everything except choc chips in food processor and stir through choc chips through, roll into little balls and chill in fridge for an hour.
